No Returns on Skincare Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or skin reactions. We encourage you to review product details carefully before ordering. If you have questions about ingredients or usage, feel free to contact us before purchase — we’re happy to help. 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly replace it or offer a refund. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll sort it out quickly.

How to Report an Issue

with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll respond within 2 business days to resolve the matter.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
