No Returns on Skincare Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or skin reactions. We encourage you to review product details carefully before ordering. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly replace it or offer a refund. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll sort it out quickly.
